Prescription Drug Vendor Change

The Plan has been receiving calls recently regarding the upcoming change in pharmacy vendors.  That change has been pushed back to August 1, 2012.  

Please continue to utilize Caremark's Mail Order Rx and your current Benefit Card.

Young Adult Coverage (YAC) Forms

The YAC forms that were to be sent out in October, have been delayed due to a programming glitch in the online version.  They should be available and mailed the week of November 18th.  If you have any questions regarding the form and how to fill it out please contact your Health Benefits Clerk in the District or Ann Marie at INDECS 800-225-0324 x3231.
